“I’ve been going to Redline for almost two years and it has been the best gym experience that I’ve had. Now in my early 40’s, my overall fitness is higher than it has been in the last 20 years. I may not be quite as fast at a single event as I used to be 20 years ago, but strength, stability and overall performance is better across the board.
The coaches are all very supportive regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. They are fully engaged during class to help ensure proper form, give tips for continual improvement, and keep healthy competition in play to push yourself. As the owner, Devin is fully vested and takes pride in providing a very high quality experience. He writes the workout programming, teaches many of the classes, and keeps the place extremely clean (it’s not above him to be the head janitor, too). Kimm, Liz, Matt, Augie and Jennifer all contribute to an excellent coaching experience as well. They each have incredible fitness resumes of their own and offer a complimentary and collectively strong coaching presence. As a testament to the quality of the programming, all of the coaches do the programmed workouts themselves at various points during the day. The workouts are designed to be really challenging, but not to the point of injury or excessive fatigue. I’ve never had any injuries while at Redline and continue to improve my fitness consistently.
The gym membership community is great and equally as supportive and welcoming as the coaching staff. Lastly, there are options to get kids and young adults involved and excited about improving their fitness. Redline Quality Fitness is highly recommended!”
